MEET ALLIE
A Tampa Bay native, Allie Felix has dedicated her career to helping emerging businesses thrive. After building her professional foundation in venture capital in San Francisco at Draper University and New York at Work-Bench, Allie returned home in 2018 as the first team member at Embarc Collective, an economic development engine focused on building Florida’s startup talent.
Allie’s next venture is as CEO of The Goldia Group, a holding company dedicated to building and acquiring brands that create meaningful community connection in Tampa Bay, supporting the region's next wave of growth through intentional community building.
Her commitment to fostering local entrepreneurship earned her recognition as a Tampa Bay Business Journal 40 Under 40 recipient in 2023. Allie and her husband and Goldia Group Co-Owner, Stephen Koenig, reside in Tampa with their two daughters and love exploring the newest restaurants and building and developing community-focused businesses together.
